From a team that builds Zendesk for growing support teams. Still setting up? We'll review your plan. Already live? We'll score your setup against the standard we build to and tell you the three things to fix first.
Still setting it up
The best time to get the foundation right is before workarounds become habits. Bring your plan and we'll work through it with you.
Your Zendesk is live
You're taking real tickets. We audit your configuration on 41 checks, score it, and walk you through what we found.
Here from the Blueprint offer on the Zendesk for Startups page? This replaces it.
Already live? What we check
Same order we build in. If reporting is wrong, every decision after it is a guess.
01
Ticket fields and forms. Whether tags are quietly carrying your workflow. Whether your numbers can be trusted.
02
Email, messaging, Talk and Guide. Verified addresses, IVR routes that land on real people, help center freshness.
03
Views, macros, assignment, SLAs, and the six automatic notifications that keep customers from feeling forgotten.
04
Groups, brands, admins and apps. Whether the setup holds when you double the team or add a brand.
What you get
Every finding says why it matters and what the first move is. Sorted so you know what to do Monday.
Work is being lost or the numbers are wrong.
Costing your team handle time every day.
Debt. Worth clearing, not urgent.
What we couldn't verify, and what it would take to check it.

Pending reminder is built and switched off. Customers waiting on you hear nothing for days.
First move: turn it back on at 48 hours.
How it works
Two minutes. Tell us your subdomain and where things stand.
For an audit, add us as a temporary admin. We read the configuration. We don't touch it. For a build review, email your setup plan. Then we send you a booking link.
Live, on the date you booked. The audit readout is 30 minutes and the scorecard is yours to keep. The build review is a 60 minute working session.
A read of how your Zendesk is configured, against a standard we use on every build.
A review of your team. It says what the tool is set up to do, not how your agents are doing.
When the audit isn't enough
Staffing, volume, handoffs, AI readiness. The Support Operations Assessment covers the whole operation in two weeks: interviews, your data, and a priced plan. If the audit points there, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, the fixes are yours to run.
WHO'S BEHIND IT

CX Collective was founded by Ty Givens, who spent 25 years running support operations at See's Candies, Thrive Causemetics and Intuit. The standard you're scored against is the one our team uses on every Zendesk we build.

Four questions. Still building? You get the build review. Already live? You get the optimization review. Either way, we'll show you exactly what we need to get started.
Yes, for Zendesk for Startups members. No card, no contract.
The free optimization review is the scorecard: 41 checks, sorted into what to fix now, this quarter and later, walked through live. The paid audit adds the object-by-object inventory, a map of how tickets actually move, and a priced plan for every fix.
We'll score what an agent can see and mark the rest as not assessed. Shallower, still useful.
No. It's read-only. You decide what to fix and who fixes it.
It replaces it. The Blueprint has become our paid Support Operations Assessment. This is what we offer Zendesk for Startups members now.
